Return Policy

We strive satisfactory shopping experience for customers while we also aim to help small businesses expand their sales channel and volume.  We are thresholding rate of returns by offering different return policies for different products to ensure the quality of products being placed back on sale.

General return policy

Each product has different return policy, and it should have been noted in the item’s return policy section.

Generally, returnable products have 14 days to request for return from the date of delivery.  The item(s) must be in unused condition, resalable condition, and/or DOA (dead on arrival).

A customer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through requesting return from the website, and receive instruction on returning before shipping or returning the item to a store location.

Once RMA number and instruction is generated, a customer has 7 days to ship it back.  If the returned item is not received within 14 days or reasonable shipping period, RMA will be cancelled.


No returns accepted.

No returns are accepted on following items unless the item is found to have serious defect(s) before arriving to the customer:

Any food, refrigerated items, final sale items, or items specified as ‘not returnable'.


Special return policy

Other special return policy is noted on each product description.  You are agreeing with the specified terms and conditions when you make a purchase on each item.



In case a customer wish to dispute items not being accepted for returns, the customer must contact our customer service through email or arrange a talk with reasonable and valid claims.
